Detector Testers has been trading since 1965, becoming known first as No Climb Products Ltd. In 2007 the company re-branded and became Detector Testers, due to the fact that "no climb" didn't relate to the company's core product range anymore.
The company is behind many of the world's leading smoke, heat and CO (carbon monoxide) brands including Solo, Trutest, Chekkit, Scorpion, Testifire and Smoke Sabre.
